Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the supply of milk and Ghee by Vedic Milk to the customer. By placing an order, the Customer agrees to be bound by these terms.

 

2. Subscription & Billing

• Subscription Plans: Customers may subscribe to daily, weekly, or monthly milk delivery plans.
• Billing Cycle: Payment mode is either advance of month or daily basis.
• Payment Methods: Accepted methods include cash on delivery, UPI, and online payment gateways.

 

3. Delivery & Quality Assurance

• Delivery Schedule: Deliveries will be made in the morning only.
• Product Quality: The Supplier ensures the milk is fresh, unadulterated, and meets all applicable health standards.
• Packaging: Milk is delivered in glass bottle, which remain the property of the Supplier.

 

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Access: Customers must provide access to their premises for timely deliveries.
• Product Handling: Customers should store milk as per the Supplier's guidelines to maintain freshness.
• Communication: Notify the Supplier of any issues or changes to the delivery schedule promptly.

 

5. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.

 

6. Termination

• By Customer: Customers may terminate the subscription with one day notice.
• By Supplier: The Supplier reserves the right to terminate the agreement for reasons including non-payment or breach of terms..

 

7. Liability

The Supplier's liability is limited to the value of the Products supplied. The Supplier is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

 

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, both parties agree to resolve the matter through mediation / arbitration before seeking legal remedies.

 

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Rajkot Jurisdiction.
